Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients list for Bell Peppers Recipe:

2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (Kasoori Methi)
2-3 tbsp oil
1 Onion
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt ( adjust as per your taste)
2-3 Bell peppers
4 medium size potatoes

1/2 tsp Turmeric
Optional: Red chilli pwd

Method to cook Bell peppers recipe:

Chop onions in small, potatoes and peppers.
Heat 2spoon of oil in a pan or wok and add cumin seeds. After 20-30 secs, add some onions, garlic, half table spoon salt and turmeric.
After 2-3 mins, add potatoes, bell peppers and Mix well.

Now leave it for some time cover and cook for 7-8 mins.
Add tomato paste and Mix well and cook until almost done.

Add dried fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi) and give another 5 mins. Ensure potatoes are tender and everything is fully cooked before serving
